Our approach is different, we combine both, and take responsibility for the overall outcome.

Meet the Team

  • Peter Blackhall

    DIRECTOR & CHARTERED FINANCIAL PLANNER

    Peter is the founder of The Full Picture Financial Planning and is responsible for the firm's strategic direction, client advice and investment oversight.

    Having built the firm from the ground up, Peter successfully guided the business through the FCA's direct authorisation process, establishing The Full Picture Financial Planning as a fully independent, directly authorised firm operating under its own regulatory permissions.

    Alongside advising clients, Peter is also a business owner and investor. He believes the best financial advice comes not only from technical expertise, but from the ability to think clearly about complex problems, weigh competing priorities and make sound decisions under uncertainty.

    Peter is a Chartered Financial Planner and holds the Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, together with certificates in Paraplanning, Pension Transfer Advice, Discretionary Investment Management, and Securities Advice and Dealing. In addition, he has passed the United States Series 65 Investment Adviser examination, providing further expertise in relation to US investment regulation and planning considerations affecting clients with international connections.

    Many clients choose to work with Peter not simply because of his technical knowledge, but because they value an adviser who combines professional expertise with real-world experience of business ownership, investing and complex decision-making.

    In short, Peter is a founder, operator, investor and adviser who has chosen to build a regulated business from scratch and solve complex problems for a living.

  • Tanya Fernanda Blackhall

    PARAPLANNING & OPERATIONS

    Tanya plays a key role behind the scenes, helping ensure the business operates in a structured, efficient, and highly organised way.

    She brings over a decade of experience in US immigration paralegal work, alongside additional experience as a licensed real estate agent in Florida. In her career, she has developed a strong understanding of complex regulatory frameworks, compliance, and client care.

    As a dual United States and Mexican citizen, Tanya brings a valuable cross-border perspective to the firm and is fluent in both English and Spanish, helping support clients with international backgrounds. She is currently working towards qualifying as a solicitor in the UK and obtaining her financial advice licence.
